Honey Chicken Wings

Are you going to throw a party? Bake these chicken wings! They're sweet, spicy, sticky and absolutely delicious with celery sticks and sour cream dip!

Not just a party food

Would you like to try my recipe but you don't want to eat them just as an appetiser? No problem! Sometimes we serve them with jasmine rice, fresh coriander and chilli peppers for lunch.

Don't worry about the colour.

Maybe it'll look like it starting to burn, but don't worry. It's just the honey caramelising and soy sauce. You can flip them any time you want and also you can taste, so there is no way to burn your chicken wings. (Just kidding, of course there is, but you can't leave them in the oven for 6 hours...)

How to serve them?

You can serve them with anything you like. I usually make sour cream dip just with some sour cream, paprika, garlic and salt and eat them with carrot, celery and bread. This is the easiest way and I think it tastes really good.

What to do with leftovers?

There are 2 options. The first one is easier. You can just put them in the fridge and eat them just like you baked them. Or you can separate the meat from bones and put it into fried rice for example.
