Dalgona Coffee

This drink is going to be something! The trend comes from South Korea. The basic recipe consist of instant coffee, sugar, boiling water, ice and milk and it's made by whipping everything together. But I wanted to have more flavours in one glass and that's why I added cocoa and cinnamon! And if you want to try dairy-free version, you can add some almond milk, which will give to your drink another flavour!

Serves: 2

Time: 10 minutes

2 tablespoons instant coffee

2 tablespoon caster sugar

2 tablespoons boiling water

1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

350ml milk (I preffer almond milk)


step 1

Mix coffee, sugar, water, cocoa and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk with hand mixer about 3-4 minutes until smooth.

step 2

Put some ice into a glass and then add your favourite kind of milk.

step 3

In the end cover with your coffee mixture and powder with a pinch of cooca.

Čas: 10 minut

2 lžíce instantní kávy

2 lžíce cukru

2 lžíce vroucí vody

1/2 lžičky kakaa

1/4 lžičky skořice

350ml mléka (já mám nejraději mandlové)


krok 1

Smíchejte kávu s cukrem, vodou, kakaem a skořicí a ručním šlehačem šlehejte 3-4 minuty, dokud nevznikne hladká a pevná pěna.

krok 2

Do sklenice dejte led a zalijte ho svým oblíbeným druhem mléka.

krok 3

Nakonec přidejte kávovou směs a poprašte kakaem.
